1. How do I find a mentor?
We are a MFAA Certifed Mentor™ and all Certifed Mentors are listed on www.mfaa.com.au
2. How do I join Simply Mentoring as my mentor?

This is a 3 step process:
1. Simply fill in the Registration Form
2. We interview you and decide if we are a good fit for each other
2. Then go to the Purchase Subscription page where you will be directed to Paypal, where you can pay your fee. We will then open up a Simply Mentoring Broker Assist account for you.
3. How much will it cost-
Your deposit is $1950 plus GST and $350 per month for 23 months plus GST
4. How do I pay?
You use our secure PAYPAL service with your credit card or direct credit our account. We invoice you directly for the monthly mentoring payments
5. Where do I get my learning modules and why is there a price for the mentor and a separate price for the mentor?
All MFAA Certifed Mentors deliver the same modules, but often have different delivery methods. So depending on the mentor you choose and their geograhical location could have a range in pricing. For your modules; uou go to the MFAA website www.mfaa.com.au and download and pay for them there. you pay your mentor fee directly to them.
6. How many questions can I ask-
How many do you have? Your fee covers you to ask as many questions as you like.
7. Do you represent us in disputes-
This is not our role; we are a broker assist and will direct you to a resolution scheme or to your aggregator We do not give legal advice.
8. What if what you tell us is incorrect-
Hopefully this will never happen; our service is general in nature and will be based on the information being as correct at that time – ultimately you will be responsible to translate that information to your clients.
9. What if I want to change my mentor? Do you have other mentors available?
Yes we have mentors trained across Australia. You can access their details on the MFAA website. www.mfaa.com.au
10. I would like to become a mentor- is that possible?
