1. Can we call you and talk to a real person-
We are an email support service – when you are looking for an answer to any mortgage broking question; simply send us an email with your question and we will respond with the answer. You may have the question out of normal office hours; this gives you the freedom to email us at any time the question comes up.
2. How do I subscribe-
This is a 2 step process:
1. Simply fill in the Registration Form ;
2. Then go to the Purchase Subscription page where you will be directed to Paypal, where you can pay your fee. We will then open up a Simply Mentoring Broker Assist account for you.
3. How much will it cost-
Your subscription fee is $899 per annum incl GST
4. How do I pay?
You use our PAYPAL service to use your credit card or direct credit our account
5. Why is that we can’t just have a monthly subscription –
We believe that if we answer just one question and it saves or gets you your deal; then we have well and truly earned our yearly fee
6. How many questions can I ask-
How many do you have? Your yearly fee covers you to ask as many questions as you like so long as they are emailed
7. Do you represent us in disputes-
This is not our role; we are a broker assist and will direct you to a resolution scheme or to your aggregator We do not give legal advice.
8. What if what you tell us is incorrect-
Hopefully this will never happen; our service is general in nature and will be based on the information being as correct at that time – ultimately you will be responsible to translate that information to your clients.
9. You talk about your face to face mentoring in your background biography; will this be offered as an additional service
Yes it is now up and running . Our two year mentoring programme is approved by the MFAA and it is now also a requirement of ASIC for new entrants to have a mentor for two years if they wish to engage in credit activities.
10. If we have an office environment can we have an office registration
This is possible so contact us for further details on costs and setup
